Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data we process when you visit trilagi.com, e-mail us or book a meeting, why we process it and what rights you have. We provide this information under Article 13 of the GDPR.

1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Trilagi Sp. z o.o., registered office: ul. Walerego Wróblewskiego 18, 93-578 Łódź, Poland, entered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001130925, NIP (tax ID) 7292758462, REGON 529840041.
For any matter concerning personal data, write to [email protected]. We have not appointed a data protection officer.
2. E-mail contact
When you e-mail us, we process your e-mail address, name, company name and any other details you include in your message.
- Purpose: replying to your message and further correspondence, including discussions about possible cooperation.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, if you write on your own behalf about a contract, taking steps at your request before entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention: until the matter is closed or, if we start working together, for the duration of the cooperation and until the limitation periods for claims expire.
3. Booking meetings (Microsoft Bookings)
We schedule meetings through Microsoft Bookings. When you book a slot, you provide your name and e-mail address and, optionally, a phone number and additional notes. We also process the time you chose. Meetings usually take place on Microsoft Teams.
- Purpose: scheduling and holding the meeting, and follow-up correspondence.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in meeting people interested in our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, if you act on your own behalf, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention: up to 12 months after the meeting, unless we start working together, in which case the periods in section 2 apply.
The booking page runs on a Microsoft domain, and Microsoft may use its own cookies there. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details.
4. Website visits and server logs
The server that hosts this website automatically logs basic request information: IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser details.
- Purpose: keeping the website running and secure, including detecting abuse.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: no longer than 90 days.
We do not use this data to identify individuals or for marketing analysis.
6. Recipients
Your data may be shared only with service providers that process it on our behalf under data processing agreements:
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited: e-mail, calendar, Microsoft Bookings and Microsoft Teams (Microsoft 365),
- our website hosting provider,
- where necessary, our legal and accounting advisers.
We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing purposes.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Microsoft may also process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- have your data rectified,
- have your data erased,
- restrict processing,
- data portability, for data processed on the basis of a contract,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw (uodo.gov.pl), or with the supervisory authority in your country.
9. Providing data
Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your message or book a meeting. We do not make automated decisions about you or profile you.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we change the tools we use. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last change shown at the top.
